More than 1,000 volunteers annually serve at RIFA.  RIFA could not accomplish the vital ministry that takes place here without our volunteers.

There is  tremendous variety in the volunteer opporutnities. Call to schedule a tour and observe how others are offering their service in RIFA's mission.  You will probably see the service opportunity that will be most fulfilling to you.

• sort food
• stock shelves
• fill food sacks
• sort clothing
• clerical/receptionist duties
• repair homes
• build wheelchair ramps
• volunteer for handyman needs at the RIFA facility
• drive the elderly to medical appointments
• serve in RIFA Soup Kitchen
• bake desserts for the Soup Kitchen
• transport food weekly from a restaurant to RIFA
• create artwork/murals for various programs
• mentoring
• life skills instruction
• computer training
• service donated computers
• clerk in RIFA Thrift Store
• coordinate youth group work teams
• build a team of volunteers for a one-time project in any RIFA program
• coordinate a food or financial drive in your church, class, school, business or civic group
